Delivery Policy

When confirmation of order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a confirmation that your order has been processed and dispatched.

Postage and packing will be calculated at the end of your order, according to  weight and is based on current 1st class mail rates or parcel post for larger parcels.

  
We are not currently able to ship to destinations outside of the UK.


Delivery:

We will send an dispatch confirmation email containing information about how your parcel was sent, and when to expect it, just as soon as your order has been picked & packed.

Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail or Parcelforce depending upon the weight & value of the order.

Where customers give incorrect address details such as an incorrect postcode, which results in a delivery failure, a charge of £10.00 + VAT will be applied. In this case we contact you to process this additional fee.

If parcels are returned to us following failure to deliver, the cost of the delivery and return will be deducted from the refund due to the customer. The same parcel will not be resent but goods will need to be re-ordered.


Delivery Schedule We aim to offer a fast service and efficient service. We would expect to be able to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days and usually much sooner. During busy seasonal periods, extraordinary delays may occur. If this is the case, we will make such delays clear within this site.

Delivery via Royal Mail should be within 3 - 5 working days, however delivery can take up to 14 days.

Back Orders It is possible that an item may be 'over ordered' during busy periods. If this is the case we will hold the item on backorder.
Tax Charges VAT of 17.5% is included on all orders without exception. .
